• Processing Time: All orders are meticulously packaged and dispatched from our facility within 7  business days. Because We Care about Your Product Can't Break it Before  it reaches you

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

• 7-Day Policy: We accept returns and exchanges on all items within 7 days of delivery.

• Our Fit & Hygiene Guidelines: Because our garments are designed as intimate apparel, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. We kindly ask that you try on your shapewear over your underwear when checking the fit.

• Effortless Exchanges: Love the style but need a different size or color? We offer free standard shipping on all exchanges to ensure you find your perfect match.

• Fast Refunds: Once our team receives and inspects your returned item, if the return this unavailable  your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
